Birth is not something that happens to you. It is something you move through — and who holds space with you matters.
This support is for mothers preparing to give birth at home or in the hospital, whether you're planning an unmedicated birth, an epidural, a cesarean, or simply don't know yet. There is no version of birth this support isn't for.
Together we'll work through the weeks before, the hours of labor, and the tender days that follow. The aim is not to manage your birth or hand you a checklist. It's to help you understand what's happening in your body, trust your instincts under pressure, and feel genuinely held through one of the most significant crossings of your life.
What's included: (3) 1-hour prenatal visits · on going text support & 24/7 on call availability from 36 weeks of pregnancy · birth plan creation (my birth planning guide & template included) · continuous labor support · postpartum follow-up
Virtual support is available nationwide. In-person support is available in Penobscot and Washington County, Maine.
How it works: Schedule a free consultation to learn more and get to know each other. From there, you’ll pay for a support option and complete an intake questionnaire which helps me tailor my support to you. After, we'll schedule your first prenatal session.
