Through private 1:1 coaching, we'll focus entirely on you. This is not therapy, and I'm not here to tell you what to do or prescribe solutions. Sessions are responsive and led by what's present for you — conversational rather than agenda-driven, and grounded in the understanding that you are not meant to override yourself in order to do motherhood right.
The aim is not to fix or optimize you. It's to support your becoming, as it unfolds.
